Motorplex In the past I have been locked out of my car and called on Motorplex to help. They are very prompt and did not charge to much for there services. I would call on them again if needed.

UPDATE: I sent a 2nd email to the president of the company and received a very professional and respectful response, along with a refund. Spent 900 dollars and got NOTHING I asked for. Brought my Pathfinder in for a starting problem. They told me it was fixed but would only start in neutral; it wouldn't even do that when I went to pick it up. The only one happy in this transaction was the owner when he deposited my check! I, my friends, and family will stay away from this business!!!! Here's a tip: Keith, customers are interested in RESULTS, not you being able to justify the hours of 'work' done on the vehicle....
Will never go here again. Stay away. – This shop does not stand behind their repairs. They made a faulty repair to my car and refused to stand behind their "so-called lifetime warranty". The front desk clerk was extremely argumentative and tries to sound like he knows a lot, but in reality he doesn't. After paying $1,000, my car still has the same problems as when I first brought it in for! Stay away from this shop. I am also makng a claim with the BBB to warn others. Excellent service from start to finish – I recently had my prized 10th Anniversary Cobra die. The engine seized and had to be replaced. I took my car to Motorplex for an assessment. They towed the car on one of their new flat bed wreckers, gave me a written estimate and were in constant communication. During the course of the work, it was discovered that when removing the engine the flywheel and clutch needed to be replaced. I was told immediately, given my options and recommendations.
