**Extremely disappointing and stressful experience** I purchased an Audi RSQ3 from this dealership and unfortunately the experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. Extremely unhappy with the service. After servicing my car, the engine sound became louder and the overall performance dropped. This is unacceptable and shows careless work. I trusted them with my vehicle and now regret it. Poor service and not worth the cost. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED
This place is an absolute shambles. Financed a car of Sami back in April, me and partner previously asked Sami if there were any advisories on the car to be told there wasnt, 2 weeks later, the actuator on the car had broke so we couldnt charge our electric car, we took it into the garage to be told it isnt covered on the warranty and isnt classed as wear and tear. Great when buying a car, bad experience when servicing. Arrived on time for a service but major roadworks blocked the road. Called reception twice to no answer, so I started to follow diversion signs to get to the front. No parking spaces available/no clear signage on extra parking left me and one other vehicle reversing out of a busy area. The woman was on the phone at reception so I waited until she was finished.
