The staff were very friendly and informative. We had ceramic coating done on our Tesla Model Y and are really happy with the results so far. Highly recommend!
What a giant scam this joint is. Paid almost $2000 via novated lease co. for ceramic coating. I delivered the car straight from the dealer on pick up. THEY DID NO PREP WORK AT ALL. They just sprayed the coating on and buffed with microfibre cloths. The whole drivers side still had fresh light rain dirt tracks on the paintwork. Ceramic coat interior, ceramic coat outside and window tints. They had all of this done in 90mins, talk about cheap and nasty.
Extremely Disappointed – Never Recommend MotorOne Just wanted to share my experience to save others from wasting their money. When I bought my brand-new car, I paid extra for MotorOne’s paint protection, believing their claims it would protect against watermarks, fading, loss of gloss, and surface damage—even with minimal maintenance. My car has always been well cared for with regular washing. Had a bad experience and so glad I didn't get my other 20 vans done through them. Tinting has faded which can be seen once the sign writing was removed and also flaking on the inside. Tried to claim warrantee and was difficult to get through and became too hard so ended up leaving it and sold the van as is for less due to the tinting. Would not use them again. If have an issue with the guy I use now and no questions asked gets replaced under warrantee which is why he does 4 cars a years at half the cost of this stuff for me.
