I had an exceptional experience with MotorOne at their Newington head office for a warranty claim on my 11-year-old Mazda’s rear window tint, which had started bubbling along the demister lines. Daz goes above & beyond I had some bird dropping stains on my car and he personally came out to try remove them they were to tough he asked me to come into the shop & Ralph removed them for me and added protection the boys are amazing Highly recommend I’ll be taking all my future vehicles to them for that extra care & detail thank you!
Save yourself the thousands they take to provide a product which simply doesn't work. I have been told every excuse under the sun for them to decline paintwork rectification. The excuse of Mazda paint being too thin was one of the excuses. To my understanding, the paint protection (or lack thereof) is applied over the top of the paint, correct me if I am wrong and the product is applied under the paint. I highly do not recommend purchasing any product from this organisation. I purchased a whole package for my car, which included paint, anti-rust, vinyle/ leather protection, in the understanding that the product has a lifetime warranty. They tell you about a lifetime warranty but it means nothing as everything you'd want to claim for warranty is in their exclusion list.
