Very disappointing experience with MotorOne Car Care and the ROADVIEW Alpha 4K dash camera. The camera repeatedly had issues despite replacements and multiple attempts to resolve them. Most of my communication was with Angela, and I found the whole process frustrating and unnecessarily dragged out. The camera has now been removed and I am still having to chase up my refund despite no longer having the product. STAY AWAY We had paint protections covered from them but after few years when paint started to come off from the roof of our car we tried contacting them and they simply refused to fix it because the believe it was left for too long. I don’t go on top of my SUV to see if paint is alright. I contacted them as soon as I saw it. It was supposed to be life time warranty. Paid almost $2000 for nothing. Stay away from them and save your money.
