I got Protektiv HYDRO for my new car. Sold by the car yard. It is a lifetime warranty as long as the vehicle is still owned by the original owner. The paint is peeling off on a section of the car. These criminals are denying the claim. I am seriously considering legal action. AVOID at all costs. David
Bought ceramic paint protection when I purchased my new car. Was advised it would protect the paintwork. Lifetime guarantee!! 7 years later, bonnet has faded, contacted them and they “inspected it” (bloke took a 5 second look and said the paint is sun damaged. They got back to me and said the clear coat is damaged and that is not covered. Photo attached of their website stating that clear coat is protected. Absolute rip off. Stay well away!
After many emails for a warranty claim on window tint including providing the warranty certificate and car registration number they are still saying that they need to see if they have enough information to proceed. I would suggest if you are thinking of using them go somewhere else. They seem to have no interest in honouring the warranty even though it is supposed to be a lifetime warranty.
I purchased the package through SGFleet, I was told that the package included full treatment, ceramic coating and window tints, the darkest Street legal. It took a long time to book in and agree to terms as both SGFleet and Motorone refused to guarantee the job, I still haven't received a guarantee despite asking. I didn't agree to their conditions as they were unreasonable when spending this money i expected a professional job. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!!! I visited MotorOne Car Care in Adelaide for paint protection on the front panel and left rear passenger door. After making the payment, I noticed a large scratch on the door. When I raised the issue, the staff became aggressive and insisted they hadn’t touched the door—despite me being charged for it. They then suddenly claimed the door wasn’t part of the job, which would’ve gone unnoticed had I not checked. When I asked to see CCTV footage, they refused and gave excuses.
