STAY AWAY We had paint protections covered from them but after few years when paint started to come off from the roof of our car we tried contacting them and they simply refused to fix it because the believe it was left for too long. I don’t go on top of my SUV to see if paint is alright. I contacted them as soon as I saw it. It was supposed to be life time warranty. Paid almost $2000 for nothing. Stay away from them and save your money.
I got Protektiv HYDRO for my new car. Sold by the car yard. It is a lifetime warranty as long as the vehicle is still owned by the original owner. The paint is peeling off on a section of the car. These criminals are denying the claim. I am seriously considering legal action. AVOID at all costs. David
Bought ceramic paint protection when I purchased my new car. Was advised it would protect the paintwork. Lifetime guarantee!! 7 years later, bonnet has faded, contacted them and they “inspected it” (bloke took a 5 second look and said the paint is sun damaged. They got back to me and said the clear coat is damaged and that is not covered. Photo attached of their website stating that clear coat is protected. Absolute rip off. Stay well away!
After many emails for a warranty claim on window tint including providing the warranty certificate and car registration number they are still saying that they need to see if they have enough information to proceed. I would suggest if you are thinking of using them go somewhere else. They seem to have no interest in honouring the warranty even though it is supposed to be a lifetime warranty.
