VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!!! I visited MotorOne Car Care in Adelaide for paint protection on the front panel and left rear passenger door. After making the payment, I noticed a large scratch on the door. When I raised the issue, the staff became aggressive and insisted they hadn’t touched the door—despite me being charged for it. Had issue with my Blackvue Dashcam. Called in to inquire about micro sd cards. The person explained about the cards to be used. She asked whether I had warrantee card and rang someone and informed me the product was still under guarantee. Asked when I would like someone to come and check unit out. It was replaced under guarantee in a short period of time. Friendly and great service 👍

Left my car at the shop yesterday and pick up the car today. Just found out my car have been driven for 10km. I filled up full tank before I go and one small block gone when I pick up. Unbelievable
