Despite the admin issue from head office, Marion and Luke assisted to have my car tinted on arrival. Their professionalisms are extraordinary. The completed work is outstanding. Highly recommended.
Took my three-day old EV for interior protection, exterior coating, and dash-cam installation. Luke was highly knowledgeable and welcoming. Car was done in approximately two hours—spent at two cafes within 100 meters of MotorOne. Unfortunately forgot to take pic of anything about the car / MotorOne but got breakfasts snapped ☕️
Issue with ceramic paint protection on bonnet. Tried booking in for an assement which is under warranty. Company gave me certain dates and times which didn't suit as I work full time. Asked to book in on a specific day, 2 weeks after the dates they offered and was told "we didn't offer you this date, and have no availability". Seems like it's too difficult to organise a time that suits the customer. No customer service, no catering for the customer. Can understand why this company is getting low stars. All was fine apart from a really rude woman with a terrible sarcastic tone - seemed to think it was an ohs issue that I wanted to use the toilet upon collecting my car. I guess it takes all types, but I’m not sure why you’d let an employee speak to customers in such a fashion. I’d avoid ever returning in order to not experience her again.
