All was fine apart from a really rude woman with a terrible sarcastic tone - seemed to think it was an ohs issue that I wanted to use the toilet upon collecting my car. I guess it takes all types, but I’m not sure why you’d let an employee speak to customers in such a fashion. I’d avoid ever returning in order to not experience her again.
No place to wait, could not bring parts had to buy thru them. Cold
I had paint protection reapplied after a small accident, now my car is sparkling, they suggested a nice Cafe to have breakfast while I waited. All done within 1 hour.
Great! Was booked in for 30min inspection to address issue with ceramic coat that was applied by dealership over a year ago. Fixed on the spot and on my way in only an hour total
