Issue with ceramic paint protection on bonnet. Tried booking in for an assement which is under warranty. Company gave me certain dates and times which didn't suit as I work full time. Asked to book in on a specific day, 2 weeks after the dates they offered and was told "we didn't offer you this date, and have no availability". All was fine apart from a really rude woman with a terrible sarcastic tone - seemed to think it was an ohs issue that I wanted to use the toilet upon collecting my car. I guess it takes all types, but I’m not sure why you’d let an employee speak to customers in such a fashion. I’d avoid ever returning in order to not experience her again.
No place to wait, could not bring parts had to buy thru them. Cold
I had paint protection reapplied after a small accident, now my car is sparkling, they suggested a nice Cafe to have breakfast while I waited. All done within 1 hour.
