If I could give a ZERO I would . Bought a phone. July 2 2024 yes this month . Already over heats , kicks me out of everything I'm looking up or playing a game or on Facebook. I can't restart the phone cause it doesn't come up . It's not even a month old . They expect you to be out of a phone for 3 days or pay 29.99 . Are you kidding me it's not even a month old. SO MUCH FOR STANDING BY THERE PHONES.i have seizures and being without a phone for 3 days . Called Motorola got hung up on 3 times transfered 6 . They don't care .
Product sucks... Moto g play. Unlocked. Walmart special $160.00. bought it March 2024, and its always been very slow. Has all kinds of malware. All kinds of processes running without my permission. Automatically downloads games and app I don't want on my phone. Typical large corporation pushing people around. Stealing data and bandwidth. Just today the phone automatically downloaded Android 13 without my permission and now the phone is useless. I'll be changing brands.
