Purchased a car from Douglas approximately this time last year. Prior to taking ownership, the car was put through an MOT at Fyffe Street Motors. It failed on an excessively corroded brake pipe, offside and nearside front suspension arm pin or bush excessively worn and front service brake excessively fluctuating. Returning customer but now seriously unhappy. If you asked me after my 3rd motor purchased from this garage i would have said 10/10 however....now having bought my 4th vehicle from Motormile Motors its a poor drop in customer care and satisfaction. I reported just weeks after buying the car that there was in issue getting fuel into the tank, I was told that it would be fixed.... nearly 8 month on and I'm still waiting. A great local dealership with a wide range of very reasonably priced vehicles and a really welcoming no nonsense member of staff who went the extra mile to help me find a vehicle suited to my needs. I cannot highly recommend this dealership enough for the lengths the dealer will go to help you come away with a car that you can be happy with and won't break the bank.
