Great service & care taken. Receptionists very knowledgeable & helpful.
Helpfully, friendly and reasonably priced. Use them for everything on both our cars from MOT to full service.
It was a distinct pleasure to use the services of Motormech in Guildford. I took my car in for a drop and wait MOT this morning and as a result was able to observe the operations of the workshop first hand. From the friendly and surprisingly knowledgeable receptionists (Caroline and Dawn) to the mechanic who caried out the MOT (Peter) I could not have asked for a more professional and efficient service. My daughter’s car will be the next to go there – and not just for the MOT. Highly recommended.
Clean and modern workshop. prices were reasonable and work was done promptly whilst I waited. Would happily use them again.
Some negative impressions at first when I found the car had been booked in for MOT only when I had requested a service too. Anyway they sorted that out and did the whole lot in under 2 hours while I waited. They even checked and cleared a warning light that I already knew about (and knew the likely cause to be an intermittent sensor fault). Overall I was impressed.
