My experience with them was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I sent my wife in for a hybrid battery replacement after seeing the job advertised on their website for $4,199. I had a discussion via phone confirming the same which they later said that it was quoted as $4490. I am attaching the snippet of the website showing price.
