Bought our second car at Motorline Daisy Hill. Sarah and Sheri helped us to have everything sorted out seamlessly. Very professional and prompt responses. They also kept us updated throughout the whole process.
Living in Melbourne, buying interstate seemed daunting. Charton Chou debunked this theory. From the moment I reached out, to purchasing the car and having it delivered to Melbourne, Charton has been accomodating with any of my requests, sending regular updates and photos of the car being detailed and looked after before sending it down. EDIT: First review i gave was 5 stars when I purchased the car however after care and general communication its a 3 The workshop feels over worked and rushed, when dropping the car and at times unorganised compared to other dealerships however the service rep that took care of our issue was great. After everything we may be heading back to Audi. I did expect more from BMW/Mini.
Quick helpfull informed. Good coffee but not a cheap experience. Book in advance to get a loan car!
