Absolutely great dealership to deal with. I purchased a new mini for my wife and the experience was flawless. Dan helped us through the process and answered our never ending questions. I highly recommend them.
I could not rate this dealership high enough. I dealt with Sebastian who was so friendly, knowledgeable, honest and helpful. They make the customer (and dog) feel like family, i would deal with Sebastian again over and over!
I booked my wife’s car end of November & got a spot for December 23rd, 7:45am. Turn up after a night shift to find out that was car was not even booked. The lady I spoke to on the phone could not provide a loan car( fair enough) but said the dealership could provide a $40 uber voucher to use so I can leave my car & another $ 40 to go back to the dealership. I found out that they only give $20 to go where I need to go & $20 to go back. I took my keys & left the servicing department. Not going back there ever again.
Best new car purchase experience I have ever had. The Team were amazing. From purchase with Sebastian, Paige for the extras, Johnson for finance and back to Sebastian for handover the process was perfect. I could not have asked for better information, communication or care.
