We have used the Body Shop twice for the repairs to our vehicle. The first time we arrived to collect the car only to discover the car had a nail in the tyre. Whilst they replaced it, this caused a lot of hassle. The second time, when we arrived to collect the car, we discovered that there was still some scratches / marks on the vehicle. Motorline Body Shop looked after my Audi RS3 which had damage to the body and the complex AWD/Torque Vectoring drivetrain system. Manuela, their Customer Liaison Officer was absolutely amazing in keeping me updated along the way. There was substantial wait time from Audi in Germany with receiving parts due to them being unique to the vehicle, along with delays due to my insurance company. Recently took my car in for service, while there mentioned to the rep that there has been an annoying spot on my car bonnet that I have not been able to get rid off. The rep referred me to the body shop dept. I was looked after by Miguel, who managed to be able to get rid of the spot in a short amount of time and also did it completely free. Big thanks to Miguel for your fantastic work. He should be commended.
My BMW car was at BMW Motorline Body Shop Daisy Hill for months being repaired. The day I picked up the car I noticed the 2 new indicators were different on each side and did not match. Both new indicators didn’t even work. The front right hand sensor kept going off and the screen inside the car had a big line through the middle.
