Excellent service! Was my first time at Motorized Solutions & I’ll be back. The team is very kind, fair & knowledgable. I came in to get the skid plate looked at & I appreciate the full vehicle check from my tires to wipers.
Short Version: Bad diagnosis and charged me $1800 for something that didn't fix my issue. Scummy resolution. Avoid this shop. Brought my car in for some clunks and groans from the front end. Agreed to pay about $200 for diagnosis and they get back to me and say the upper control arms are worn and need replacement, will cost $1800. Ouch but I agree to let them proceed. They work on it a couple days and I go to pick it up and I can't even get out of the parking spot without noticing the exact same noise I brought it in for. I ... read more

I came in this morning, and they did an excellent job. The customer service was outstanding, and the staff was friendly. They have all the right tools and equipment to handle whatever you need. I highly recommend this place
