Poor service from start to finish. Made a deposit in July and then Chris never contacted me--months later (when I was back North) I realized I had never heard from him and I had to track him down. Eventually he installed them (late fall) and the worked for only one season before one broke. After one brief phone call he never picked up again. He eventually sent an email saying it would cost $600 to fix 1 (of 3) shades. So, hmm, broken after just one full season and then $600 per shade for repair. Terrible.
