I purchased the SUV Outlander but the delaer Majid sold me faulty vehicle with damage body and electornics and did not issue company invoice. He had promised me for warranty but stopped picking the calls. Waisted money

I purchased a car and paid extra for a warranty. It has since had a fault. I've tried to call repeatedly and message via autotrader and they just don't answer. Tried to give benefit of the doubt but I have been calling for over two weeks now. Now reporting to trading standards.

Be careful not to buy from Motorite. He sells damaged body vehicles with electrical issues and later claim that informed it. Although he advertise the car very clear on Autotrader with no issue. Later if any problem found in car he stop picking up calls. All his warranties are useless. Its a seller responsibility to fix the identified issue by buyer one time free of cost. Do not buy from this place, car is less than a month old and complete write off, judging by the reviews that seems to be a running thing, when you ring about the problem he lies to you and says the manager will call you and he just stops answering the phone to your

AVOID!!!! car less than 1 month old, complete write off when asked for help was told no warranty. will be taking to trading standards and seek legal advise. do not buy form them!!!!!
