Worst insurance company ever! – Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with! Rude customer service, and offering me far less than what my car is worth. Part of my job is to check people's insurance and I make sure everyone that has them switches. If this is your insurance company: go anywhere else. I am not insured by them but they accidently mailed me their client’s PERSONAL information. She should be glad I am not a criminal. I recommend Nationwide, State Farm, or Auto Owners, I have had good experiences with them.
So my car got totalled by this fella that was insured by this Motorists Insurance Group. He was having a seizure and they are saying that it WASN'T his fault? WHAT??? I have been waiting and waiting for these scam artists to do the right thing and take care of this situation, but to no avail!
