We were booked in with Jason to have our solar panels checked in which he checked and it turned out to be our house batteries. And told us some knowledge that we never knew. I contacted Jason from Motorhome Repairs Auckland to address a persistent issue with my 12V fridge. He was patient whilst I described what was occurring and accomodating as we arranged a time to bring the problematic fridge in. Upon viewing, Jason quickly established that the fault was not due to a malfunction but to user error, and was kind enough to not charge me for his time! Exemplary service, will be back again.
Jason was super helpful and friendly, helped confirm our batteries needed replacing and fitted them when we returned with no fuss. 2nd time, Jason again accommodated us last minute and fixed our noisy fridge, each time cost was really reasonable and work high quality, definitely recommend!
Jason and the team are always great. Can always count on them to sort something out. Cheers guys
