Swindon vehicle repair centre were brilliant in repairing a damaged bumper on my motorhome. They fitted me in at short notice to allow a planned holiday to proceed. Terrific service, professional and extremely helpful. Our fridge decided not to work, just before we headed off on a trip to the EU. It was a Saturday morning and when we called were told to bring the van along and they’d have a look. Martin was great on the phone and the chap who fixed the van was excellent (sorry, didn’t catch his name). We will definitely be back for future services. Thank you

The mechanics did a good job on the service BUT it was unfortunate that they did not read the message on the instrument panel that said 'check glow plugs.' When I asked reception afterwards they asked the mechanics who said it is not part of standard service. They had my phone number but did not call and ask if I wanted it done. Nor when I asked did they say would I like it done now ? That would have been the difference between good customer service and exceptional.
