Buying. A car should be a pleasure and it's not a regular occurrence so why were we made to feel awkward, no followup communication as promised on the said cars availability. I rang to chase it. Also rang a further 6 times in all to chase the refund of deposit which was finally done when a manager became aware. I did buy a Hyundai but not from this man here.
