Shout out to Ryan and the service department for their help recently. My Gen 3 SDR threw up a fault code and I needed to drop it in to the shop to get it sorted. As I was aware they were currently very short staffed I expected to drop it off and hopefully pick it up later in the week. Amazingly, the tech hung back and managed to get the issue sorted for me on the spot which really was a huge help to me. Honestly best motobike shop i have delt with. This review isn't for the numerous times of great service. It is for the fact when they messed up(miss understood) the levels cam went too to sort it and resolved a problem that was going to take a week in less than 24 hours. Amazing customer service. Everyone makes mistakes but it's how you recover from them and I can honestly say the guys here have far exceeded expectation.
Like the people who work there.knowledgeable and pleasant, p.s great coffee shop on site Will continue to use them in the future.
The staff here are fantastic. The service is first class. I wish every business was as great as this one.
