Dropped off my bike to get new tires, a new chain, new air filter and a full inspection since it is an older bike. I was told it would be about 2 weeks and it ended up being 2 months. After I got my bike back, I noticed they didn’t wipe the lube off the tires (safety hazard), did not complete the inspection I paid $94 for, and scratched my bike in multiple places. I called to complain to the owner but never heard back from them. Go somewhere else.
Just moved back to Michigan from out west and wanted some work done on my trike, wanting to keep my money local so I walked in and asked if they could get my bike in and take a look at it, I told them it won’t start and I would need to call AAA to tow it into there shop. The owner who recently broke his ankle was sitting there and said the trailer is on his truck and he would be glad to go pick it up for me.
