I ordinarily service my own motorcycles, but I ran into a problem that I couldn't address on my 2013 K1600. I arrived early, and Troy and Brennan, the techs working that day, immediately got the bike in and got started because they understood that it was a 120-mile trip to get there. I had an excellent bike buying experience at Motorcycles of Greensboro. Brandon provided a great price, excellent communication, and he was able to answer all my questions. He was polite, professional, and helped me load my new BMW R1250 GSA on the trailer. I had the paperwork done, the bike loaded, and I was back on the road very quickly. I had a great experience at Motorcycles of Greensboro this weekend. Their selection of new and used bikes is noteworthy. They had a huge selection of gear and accessories in stock and on the shelves. The entire place was clean including the rear and service areas. To be transparent, I do not like dealerships and rarely go to one for anything including sales, gear and service.
