Great place very knowledgeable and friendly people
Recently placed an online order for some gear. BMW’s inventory wasn’t up to date, so part of my original order wasn’t available. However, Andrew at BMW Greensboro reached out to me with a solution to save the day. Great customer service from Andrew! Received the shipment with everything within a few days, as expected.
21 days lead time for the first 600 mile service is unacceptable. This is my first BMW motorcycle purchase. The sale aspect was perfect but when I went to schedule service they can't do the first 600 mile service on my bike for 21 days. I have contacted the BMW corporate website to complain. I will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Greensboro. June is one of the best months to ride motorcycles and I have a brand new motorcycle sitting in my garage for 21 days because this dealership can't pick my bike ... read more
Andrew helped me purchase another KLIM jacket and a pair of KLIM riding pants. My size and color was not in their inventory so he ordered the jacket and had it delivered to my house. Great customer service, as I live about 2.5 hours from the store. Andrew, thanks again for your help!!
