Interested in purchasing dual purpose bikes for family and even though a novice, the staff was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful!
Me and my girlfriend drove nearly 6 hours to pick up a new to me Ducati Hypermotard 939SP. I could not be happier with my choice to buy here. Paul and the rest of the team were excellent to deal with, very friendly and attentive. They made sure that we were taken care of in every way possible. The highlight of the trip was meeting Sam the bark manager. Best bark manager ever.
This is a gem of a dealership. While on a trip home, I had a problem with my bike and turned up right in the middle of their lunch hour. They were able to get my bike in, put in a new battery, and back on the road all within an hour. I can't say enough good things about this dealer, their staff (and their dogs!) were all super friendly and accommodating while I was waiting for my bike. I would buy a bike or have my bike serviced there again in a heartbeat!
BMW or DUCATI Motorcycle - one needs to visit them - Great Customer service Knowledgeable staff - in Front desk and also in Service area. Five Stars
