Had my break fluid and clutch fluid changed. They tightened my clutch fluid cap too tight which caused a crack on the cap while on my way down south. I also noticed the scratches the side of the body where they had to get to the OBD diagnosis port (they had to reset my service light since they did a software update. They actually didn't even bother doing so initially. I got the bike back, got on it to ride away when I noticed the light, and had to have them do it. Great experience all around. Will made the whole thing feel easy from the start. Super responsive over email, clear on what I needed to do to test ride, and just genuinely easy to work with. No pressure, just honest and excited about the scooter. Yvonne was awesome getting me set up on gear. Amazing all around service from the front desk to the owner amazing experience no pressure gave me options stayed waaaay later than when they closed and helped me load the bike and always made sure I was clear on what was offered. Would not hesitate to come back for service and maybe another bike! Thank you again everyone :)
