Ive been to MOD many of times, and every time has been great. From purchasing gear to attending MOD sponsored events, each time the team has been welcoming, kind and helpful (even to a Harley Rider like myself). I recently took my 2008 Triumph Rocket 3 Touring into MOD for a wheel balance and brake check-up in preparation for a trip to Colorado in August 2025. After I got the bike back, I had a front end wobble that wasn't there before the wheel balance. I immediately took it back and, even though they were slammed with service appointments ahead of me, they put the bike into the service schedule and rechecked the balance, the front tire and the steering neck bearings. Excellent sales dept, great deals. They were very helpful every step of the way. Patrick was very knowledgeable and made the whole buying process easy. Would highly recommend. The parts department was very helpful as well.
