I hate to do this, as a biker I try to support our dealerships. But I need to relate my experience. 1) I have a 2014 GTLE I was looking to trade on a '19 BMW GA they had on their website for a certain price. When they came back with a quote-they added "dealer prep" charge of $295 (I expect on a new bike, not used) AND an additional $501 in "documentation" charges. So $796 more than advertised.
