I recently bought a new Spyder RT. I live in Dallas, Texas. I wanted a trailer to haul the Spyder camping. I found a used Stinger trailer locally. The trailers are very well built and engineered. I needed some accessories and got in touch with Stinger. I ended up chatting, texting and speaking with Ty the company owner. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Stinger Trailers has been extremely disappointing. Three weeks ago, I was overcharged by $2,000. Since then, I’ve had to call the company three separate times just to get the refund processed — which is completely unacceptable. Despite those calls, the refund still hasn’t appeared on my end, and I have not received any confirmation or follow-up showing that the correction was actually made. I just experienced some of the best customer service I have ever had. I had a tire wear issue on my Stinger trailer for my Can-Am Spyder. They gladly replaced the axel and upgraded my trailer so that it is better than new. I love this trailer and these guys at Stinger. The best trailer company on the Planet. I had recently purchased a used stinger XL112 trailer with both 12" fenders broken off at the mounting bracket. While searching online for replacement fenders, Kevin the VP of sales was extremely helpful in confirming the accuracy of the part number and quantity before I made the online purchase. The replacement fenders were shipped to my door on time and less than the advertised cost even with the US/CAD exchange rate. Very pleased with the service and support provided to render my trailer roadworthy.
