I've gone to The Motorcycle Tire Shop for several things & have always been greeted with respect. I've seen people walk in & they act as if this is a second class, low rate place, thus they might not be greeted so friendly, but they haven't been mistreated. The proprietor doesn't care if you ride a Harley or otherwise, he's just concerned that your safe while your out. As a veteran, he's always supportive & goes out of his way to work with you. It's refreshing. The customer is given free drinks & even allowed to grab a guita... read more
Had two tires replaced and an oil change. When I picked up my bike, there were three deep scratches in the fender and the leather on the seat was scuffed. I called and complained, but all I got was, "I can't imagine how that would happen." There was no 'I'm sorry' or 'What can we do to correct it.' My advice is don't go there.Go to the dealer.
Don and the crew at the Motorcycle Tire Store are simply the best. Where else can you sit down , relax,, grab a guitar and play ? Have a cold drink on the house and talk with two wonderful ladies while your bike is being worked on . Most places are looking out for themselves only when it comes to your money and safety. Not here ! These folks will tell you whether you need a new part , tire etc or not. And your safety on the road is their number one priority. Me and my 93 Softail Classic will go nowhere else for anything from... read more
After going to The Motorcycle Tire Store, I no longer find the need to go to my dealership because of the treatment and the savings I received there. New owners go out of their way to help you in any way they possible can. Highly recommended.
I had two tires put on at the motorcycle tire store, and they charged 45 dollars per wheel which was just under what I would have paid at my dealer but they also scratched my back factory gloss black painted wheel so bad it will have to be replaced, and they did not even bother to inform me of the apparent accident. I would have been better off going to my dealer.
First time I called this company and "John" answered the phone, asked him how his day was going and he preceeded to complain about everything imagineable. I told him what kind of bike I owned and he immediately began insulting my bike. Tried to offer him some advice that insulting my personal vehicle was not a very good way to start off earning one's business. He then began to brag about how he was the "Biggest Motorcycle Dealer in the Southwest." Maybe, but he won't get my business.
