The team at MM were fantastic in helping me get my Speed Triple licensed in WA. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable about WA licensing regulations and able to give great advice! I had already completed a full inspection at Cannington Motorcycle, confirming the bike was in good condition. I came to this shop solely for the roadworthy inspection required for registration. Not only did they fail the inspection, but they also insisted that I replace the steering head bearings. To avoid unnecessary hassle, I paid several hundred dollars to have it done there, and only then did the bike pass. I needed a part for my vintage Motorcycle that I was finding it hard to replace. I was advised to go to Motorcycle masters and was glad I did the customer service and knowledge that I received was second to none. Thanks to Amanda and Christine. I am back on the road. I came in today after a bit of pre planning for a motorcyle inspection for registration. I was impressed by the service offered by the admin lady at the front counter and the two gentleman that assisted with the inspection, unfortunately I didn't capture their names sorry!..Pleasant experience and I would recommend this service to anyone.
