MONEY SCAMMER!!! I am writing about disgusting and nasty service I have experienced at MOTORCYCLE MALL, BELLEVILLE NJ. The owner BIG JOHN down to the SERVICE MANAGER MIKE CAVALLAZI are horrible to deal with. The scenario was July 15 we dropped off the bike for diagnostic at MOTORCYCLE MALL, BELLEVILLE NJ. Highly disappointed. Mayrelin lied and told me she was waiting for the banks response for my approval or denial in which the bike I was attempting to finance was sold right up under me. I have been working on this deal for over 24 hours and then she tells me my application was never submitted because it was sold. So why tell me you’re awaiting response from bank? I waited 9 weeks for my title and registration. They would not give me another temp, so i drove around with no registration and expired tag for 5 weeks. They blamed it on Yamaha not sending them an mso or some shit! they screwed up and my papers got lost, period!! Customer service literaly screens your calls and wont pick up..

Absolutely the worst service I ever dealt with!!! Monthssss of just waitingggg for warranty work with an Absolutely brand new 20 plus k bike. Returned bike multiple times multiple! With more problems and original issues not resolved. Clearly the service department is not competent. Clearly this establishment focuses on pushing quantity not quality. Owners should be ashamed in what's going on but when your making as much as they are they could clearly care less I get brand new bikes every other year and I will not buy from... read more

Horrible finance department. They offered me terms that didn't exist, and AFTER I signed the papers and took a motorcycle home, they called and said they have to increase my payment because they offered me too many months to pay. I of course objected, and they had to eat the difference. Then I never got my paper work within the 30 days they said I would, so I couldn't get my non-temporary plate, and the bike was parked in my garage waiting for them to get their act together, which took weeks. WORST SERVICES EVER MY INDIAN CHIEF WAS PICKED UP DECEMBER 19, 2019 AND WENT IN FOR A FEW RECALLS,ON FEBRUARY MY BIKE WAS READY AND DELIVERED, I REFUSED DELIVERY BECAUSE THERE WAS A SCRATH ON FRONT FENDER, RECEIVED MY BIKE ON APRIL 20.,2020 NOT ONLY DID THE PAINT JOB SUCKS MY SIDE MUFFLER WAS DAMAGED, WORST SERVICE EVER,
