I had nothing but an excellent experience with this service, they were able to get the required parts 4 days earlier than any other supplier. The customer service was friendly and helpful, and quite happy to answer any questions that I had at the time. All in all Motorcycle Gear went above and beyond in regards to this. They also offer a free motorcycle towing service if you crash your bike (locally), this obviously is a selfless act and shows that the business isn't just about making money.
