BAD they would not issue an RMA for a jacket I ordered. The jacket was in "like new" condition, I took it on a test ride and they say that the jacket is no longer safe to sell. They do not follow their own published policy. I argued till I was blue in the face, and received illogical, and in the case of the " not safe" claim ridiculous reasons. They lost my business and I want to warn anyone else, stay away, these guys cannot be trusted, un-safe, give me a break,
