Don't waste your time. A scam company with the misleading "fee free" return policy. Fee free but you have to pay return shipping even when then send you crap and weird sizes that aren't sized right. Live and learn... no need to buy stuff no one else wanted from this company.
Place was great. I wasn't hounded and the staff knew what they were talking about when it came to their stock, not to mention the prices.
I bought a jacket here with the sticker price listed as $179.99 and was charged $199.99. when I mentioned the discrepancy, I was told that the price increased due to tariffs and they would not honor the price listed on the item. The man working the register seemed apologetic but insisted that the owner would not adjust the price. It is safe to say, I will not be returning.
Super slow shipping, uncaring customer service reps that couldn’t care less. I’ll be ordering form competitors from now on.
I'm fortunate enough to live a little over an hour from their store. Makes me practice restraint. Always a good selection of goodies with some great finds if you look. Nice staff as well, always very helpful.
