Fantastic service. I made a phone enquiry about a Ventura rack that was apparently out of stock. The rep contacted the NZ warehouse to get an exact date for me– about a week. He called me later that day to say it turns out they had one in stock in Aus after all and it was on its way to me. All on a Friday by the way. I received the kit on Tuesday and its exactly as advertised.
