Don’t go to these people trust me! Very Dishonest, lying, filthy, money hungry people. Everything was terrible! Terrible communication, bad customer service, their professionalism was terrible, terrible work I wouldn’t let them fix anything of mines again. They took almost two months to fix my car it’s still not fixed and put me back in an unsafe vehicle with my children. If your car is having problems later on down the line trust me it’s 100% their fault!

They fixed up my Honda great! Steve, and the lady at the front desk were very helpful! I came back to get a scratch fixed and they went above and beyond to help with another issue that they noticed.

I chose this company through my insurance agency and assumed that, because it was affiliated with Toyota, the quality of work and customer service would reflect the brand. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I was originally promised a four-week turnaround time. The repair timeline was repeatedly extended, and I only received updates after calling every other week for information. I was referred to CCCH by my salesperson over at the Honda dealership, Wendy M. as I needed a small repair done & a descent estimate. I was serviced by Jim Kronick. He was extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable & available for my appt two days later, which we arranged. I was very pleased with the work, and the paint job as it only took about an hour. Every penny counts these days...and so does the truth. Both seem to be in shorter supply. I walked in to pick up my car to find out that the company has a 3% charge for use of credit cards. I was not informed of this fact (after numerous conversations with people there) and I hate surprises...no matter the cost or circumstance.
