They fixed up my Honda great! Steve, and the lady at the front desk were very helpful! I came back to get a scratch fixed and they went above and beyond to help with another issue that they noticed.
I chose this company through my insurance agency and assumed that, because it was affiliated with Toyota, the quality of work and customer service would reflect the brand. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I was originally promised a four-week turnaround time. The repair timeline was repeatedly extended, and I only received updates after calling every other week for information. I was referred to CCCH by my salesperson over at the Honda dealership, Wendy M. as I needed a small repair done & a descent estimate. I was serviced by Jim Kronick. He was extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable & available for my appt two days later, which we arranged. I was very pleased with the work, and the paint job as it only took about an hour. Every penny counts these days...and so does the truth. Both seem to be in shorter supply. I walked in to pick up my car to find out that the company has a 3% charge for use of credit cards. I was not informed of this fact (after numerous conversations with people there) and I hate surprises...no matter the cost or circumstance. I asked the manager and his response was..."we don't make anything because we just get charged by the credit card company" and "it's company policy" and "most people don't complain." Got some really bad advice here and thankfully didn't get our car fixed here. They told me my car's wheel well didn't need a liner, whereas every other place we went to said we had to fix it or get water and salt splashing on the internal wiring. Hard to understand why they would discourage us from using their service if we were going to pay them to do the fix.
