Doing some research looking at cars trying to figure out which one I want to buy. The salesperson here was absolutely no pressure at all and gave me the opportunity to look over the car and I told him I would be back if I decide on this vehicle. Super friendly super nice
This place will go above and beyond put you in the car you were expecting to buy even if it needs a lot of work. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again.
We purchased a 2010 Acura RDX from this dealership and had one of the worst car-buying experiences. After seeing the car, we noticed issues with the air conditioning and paint. Dave assured us these would be fixed, and after we placed a deposit, it took about two weeks for the “repairs” to be completed. However, the problems were not resolved. I was shopping around to buy my daughter her first car and I spoke with my buddy Dan who had good luck buying several cars from Matt, Dave and Jack at motor car West in Manchester My daughter and I went over there, looked at their inventory and they suggested a Honda pilot that my daughter and I bought and are very happy with Everybody at motorcar West was great to deal with, I would definitely recommend to anyone to consider buying cars from them in the future
