I want to thank all the staff at Motorcar West everybody there is extremely professional/friendly and was very transparent with me throughout my purchase of my 2006 F350. I have already told my family and friends if they are looking for a new purchase to go to Motorcar west no doubt! If I could give 10 stars to this dealership I most definitely would.

I would probably steer clear of this place, I went to go look at a Nissan Altima they had for sale yesterday. As soon as I saw it i could tell there were huge red flags. I asked Dave if it would pass inspection because I am from MA and we need inspections in order to drive. Right away he said yes. Upon further inspection we saw that plastic was hanging from underneath the right side of the car, the tire pressures were off, the right light wasnt working and the middle console was broken. Drove 1 hour and 30 minutes car still in showroom truck all apart and the car was absolutely filthy.Told Matt one week ago I was coming down not like I just showed up.Never apologize for the inconvenience and he was late for the 10 o’clock appointment.Plus the car was leaking from underneath shitty car lot.
