Rocco never applied any pressure which assisted the process to be done correctly but still all in a timely manner. He made the experience one to remember purchasing my Range Rover. I normally hate sales people, especially real estate and car sales, but Rocco was so different. Really relaxed in his approach. Not pushy at all. Extremely helpful and patient.
