The sales team was excellent when I purchased my vehicle – professional, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately, the service department has recently dropped the ball. They have been great so far. I was asked to reschedule my appointment, but when I arrived on the new date, my booking details were missing from the system. The team eventually sorted it, but I then waited all day for an update on my car.
