We had an excellent experience with Motorama Toyota Hillcrest. Clem was fantastic – approachable, genuine, not once did we feel pushed into a sale, which made the whole process so comfortable!! Justin in finance was also amazing and had us in our car and driving away as soon as possible. Overall an amazing experience and we are so happy with our new car - thanks everyone involved!!

BAD SERVICE QUALITY - I've been a loyal customer for years, but after the appalling treatment I received recently, I'll never return to Motorama Toyota Hillcrest again! I brought my car in to get serviced and they requested to have the brake pads replaced and the rotors resurfaced - which I agreed for them to do. After picking it up, I immediately noticed something was wrong with both the brakes and the steering wheel, so I brought it back to the shop to have it looked at.
