Terrible service from Craig
Ruby helped us buy our first brand new car. She was absolutely amazing. I could not recommend her enough. We had such a horrible experience at Springwood Toyota, will only ever return to Toyota Hillcrest now. Thank you so much Ruby!!!
This is the worst service I've ever had. Nobody answered the phone, and no one took responsibility. The receptionist said they were swamped, and management wasn't listening.
Ugh, the service was terrible! I dropped my car off at 9 am, and they said it'd be ready by 3:30 pm. When I didn't hear anything, I called around 4 pm. The lady on the phone said she didn't know anything and would call me back in ten minutes. Of course, she didn't. I called again, still nothing. I was so stressed, and I missed my party! The next day, same thing. I had to go there to find out what was going on. No apology, no one took responsibility, and they still charged me the full price!
