I purchased a car advertised by Motorama, but when it came to paying, the invoice and payment details were issued by a completely different company, B & B Autos Ltd. Since then, both companies have been involved in correspondence about the vehicle and its faults, but neither will take proper responsibility. I would avoid this company. They purchased our car through carwow auction and the whole experience with them was awful. Didn't turn up when they were suppose to. Then lied about the car to try and knock the price down. Company trying to prey on people. Wouldn't trust anything they told me when buying or selling through them. Reponses - there was no faults with the car and it was as described. The person collecting the car made up a lie about replacing the wetbelt being a legal requirement after 7 years or 70k miles. Terrible company, they sold me a car that was meant to have had a wetbelt done, and it never did. There was issues with the vehicle that should have come up on the mot but never did, such as a failed wheel bearing, break pads under 3mm and new discs needed too. The windows had been scratched by someone trying to polish it and this was not in the photos. I had to travel to them 3 and a half times which is over 70 miles each way for them to do a bodged job on the bumper that was damaged and not noted, for the windows and break... read more
Bought a small car for my daughter from Jason, car was accurately described and well presented. Was left to look at the car until I had questions. They are open honest and go the extra mile without being asked. Would definitely recommend and would return
Bought a astra gtc from them both wheel bearing have gone ABS light come on EML light has come on and some other sensor has gone within the space of 5 months and only driven it 2000 miles if that and the warranty company isnt the greatest won’t be getting another car from them
