Had vehicle in the to get a replacement radio unit. The technician used screwdrivers to pry the radio trim out of the dash and causing damage that will require a new dash pad to be fitted once the Service manager reviews photo's. It has been over 3 weeks and I have not heard anything from the service department about the issue. Very disappointing
3 times I called and was promised a call back from their service department. 3 times... No call back, nothing. Meanwhile you sit on hold being told how you're treated like family.

Called ahead and explained that my car key wasn’t working properly and likely needed replacement. They booked me in and I waited four hours — only to be told what I already knew: the key couldn’t be fixed, even after they changed the battery. I was still charged $105.45 for this, despite no resolution and no new insights. That’s a whole morning and over $100 spent just to confirm the obvious.
