Sophie, the Service receptionist, provided excellent service when answering my questions about availability of an MG part, and the impacts to my warranty from an aftermarket accessory. She took the time to understand my questions and did all the research to give me complete and detailed information.

I recently went through Motorama MG Moorooka, I purchased a mg4 electric. Once my order was placed I was put in contact with Steve R who is one of the fleet salespersons. He was in contact with me through the whole process from start to finish, he had great communication skills helping me to get my car across the line!! Highly recommend Motorama MG Moorooka and Steve for getting me in a new car..

Had a very good sales experience with Sophie. She was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I really liked that at the start of the test drive, she drove first to show and explain a few features before swapping over. It helped focus purely on the drive experience later. She helped me purchase a great car. I felt very well looked after. The only thing I would suggest (but that's the same for all dealerships we went to) is to have a baby change table in one of the toilets. Sophie was helpful and found a suitable area.
