I cant comment negatively about their service, its always been efficient and effective for repairs and maintenance. AS FOR STAFF AND ANSWERING PHONES THE ENTIRE ORGANISATION NEEDS SOME SERIOUS TRAINING!!! IN FACT HAVE JUST RUNG THEM 3.10PM 20/3/26 AND WAS TOLD i WILL GET A CALL BACK. THIS IS ABOUT THE 8TH TIME IN 4 YEARS I HAVE HAD THIS FROM THEM AND STILL WAITING FOR THE FIRST CALL BACK!!
