I pick my jeep this morning and pay $4311.99 to have my Jeep worked on. I drive list than 20km only to have the engine light come on and the fan roaring so loud I can hear It through a crash helmet while riding my motorbike in front of my wife. I call the service dept only to have some guy by the name of Brad supposedly call me back. I wait an hour for them to call me only to find when I call them back they are closed. Imagine trusting this Company with your Jeep, you get over billed, and you get the car back and on the way home the Oil light flickers at you! Well it happened to me, turns out they didn’t put enough oil in during the service, which is all they did in reality. when I wrote in to complain I am told it’s a fault of the car, not the senior technician! Absolutely awful experience with this group, never getting my car back again. Their response was awful, virtually no real support. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional

My experience at Motorama springwood left me feeling dismissed and unsupported. Management and HR failed me. If you want to buy a car, don’t. If you want to work here, don’t.

Extremely disappointed with the service at this Motorama Jeep springwood. Every time I’ve gone, it’s been nothing but delays and frustration. Most recently, I dropped off my Jeep as scheduled, only to get a call hours later saying the parts haven’t arrived — and I need to come take the Jeep back. This isn’t a one-time issue — it’s happened multiple times now. They waste your time with zero regard for customer convenience.
