I had the pleasure of meeting Workshop Foreman Warren Lowth when I experienced an issue with my Jeep. He quickly diagnosed the problem and arranged for a prompt repair. His technical skills and professionalism truly impressed me. I believe Motorama should recognise him with an award for his outstanding service. Because of Warren, I have great trust in Motorama and their team. Grateful to have come across such excellent service!
Our experience from start to finish has been nothing but continued dramas. Very poor customer service in all aspects. I have finally sold my Jeep and moved to Toyota because I know they can be trusted. I will never buy a Jeep again and I will be encouraging anyone I know to steer clear. This business does not look after their customers and treats women like trash.
