Michel was a pleasure to deal with when I was buying my first brand new car! He was professional and polite. I really appreciated his patience with my 5000 questions and goofy responses. I was well looked after and my car is so damn pretty! Also, special shout out to Mitchell who handled my insurance for me! Today I had my car service managed by Sophie at Motorama Chery. Sophie was extremely professional, courteous and helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with her and I was extremely satisfied with the whole device experience.
Bought a Tiggo 4 Pro, I wouldnt wish the car/support on my worst enemy. The car has very aggressive lane assist that is not calibrated and when I drive on the highway not close to the lines it will randomly kick in and Lock the wheel. This happens multiple times. They installed a carplay update which made it suddenly non functional. The wheel lock is a documented probelm if you search online. The Customer service is unhelpful and slow.
