Ben wade really went above and beyond in his service and his professionalism
I visited for a service and they ended up adding numerous extras to the total cost which i was suspicious about. However, the real kicker is the additional 2% charge for using the card machine. Bring cash everyone.
Staff at reception make you feel like they doing you a favour when dealing with them about car warranty and recalls just a bad attitude and rude and arrogance to their behaviour.
Liam, Mel and the team at Motorama Ford are outstanding. They really go above and beyond to help you get the best deal on the car you want. I would recommend attending Ford for all sales and servicing needs - thanks very much team.
