Just updated my review for Ford Moorooka service, Very disappointed that I requested to speak with someone from your service team over the phone and waited more than 30 minutes without getting any result. Thank you for responding, and I sincerely hope you improve your customer service. Please rely less on AI phone responses and offshore staff who may not be professional or experienced enough to properly assist Australian customers. I hope you take this feedback seriously and use it to improve your service.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience through motorama ford in moorooka. The whole process was smooth, stress free and the sales team kept me updated during the whole process. Steve from moorooka went above and beyond to any needs/ requirements for my new car and it was delivered exactly as expected, would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a new car.
