Another pleasant service experience at MW West. They have been my go to for a few years and have not been disappointed. Professional, courteous good service at a reasonable price.
This was the first time I used MWW to work on my car. FANTASTIC EXPERIANCE. Communication was excellent. Prices were clear and upfront. The shop is clean and neat. You can tell they care a great deal about their craft and workmanship. When an undiagnosed issue was discovered, it was taken care of beyond the normal shop hours so that I could get my car back on time. I would recommend them to anyone that wants their car looked after, and cared for by the best.
I’ve used their service twice. Both have been great. First, I had to get my filters replaced. The BMW dealer quoted me with outrageous price but the Motor Works West offered me much better quotes. Also, they were kind enough to quickly get my car ready within 30 min. Secondly, I had the amber engine warning light. The other bmw motor shop told me to come back for an extensive diagnostic tests.
