The team did a great job installing my new tires and getting them aligned.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I even offered to personally go to the AutoZone down the street to pick up the correct oil myself to keep things moving. Instead of working toward a solution, I was dismissed and told a different oil type would be used — despite me clearly stating the exact specification my vehicle requires. Ironically, when a location was eventually found that carried the proper oil, it turned out to be the exact product I originally mentioned I could go purchase myself.... read more
