I’ve been bringing my vehicle to Motor Works for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. The team is always professional, honest, and easy to work with. They take the time to explain what’s going on with my car, show me pictures of the part that needs to be replaced so I have a visual to help me further understand the issue. Seriously, the BEST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. I’ve ever experienced. They do a great job on the vehicles but I cannot say enough about the customer service and how well they treated us. They went above and beyond to fit us in quickly, communicated so well while they had the vehicle, and genuinely cared about everything. Definitely a five-star place, and I’ll be raving about how awesome they are to everyone I know, as well as going back there anytime I need vehicle work done. I’m so impressed by their customer service!
Charlie at Motor Works is efficient, informative, and professional. He makes sure to help diagnose your vehicle and gives you recommendations without coming across as pushy. 10/10 recommend bringing your car here for any service needs!
