If I could give them zero stars I would. The worst customer service I've ever encountered. I called last week for an alignment on my husband's 2003 Olds Alero. They said they had something for this monday come in around 7:40. I was quoted 119.00$ which apparently later was a problem. I said we couldn't make that time as my husband needed to be at work at 8 am. The guy I talked to said we have a shuttle service and I said great as long as he's to work by 8. There is no one better. Period. I've been going to Motor Works for years. There is no one else I trust with my family's cars to make sure everything is running safe. Recently, my car had some major issues with oil burning off quickly. The team at Motor Works worked hard to get it fixed and they were communicative, fair, and timely. UPDATE: 6 years later and they're just as good as ever! Recent experience with Kadin and their honest, customer-focused efforts will have me coming back for years and year
