Motorworks in Sartell was recommended by a neighbor and I haven't been disappointed. The staff is friendly and professional, and they didn't try to 'up sell" service. In fact, the service cost less than their initial estimate.This last time I gladly accepted their shuttle service to and from my home while my car was serviced. Hunter (the driver and contact person) was a safe and courteous driver and knowledgeable about maintenance and services offered by Motorworks. A big Attaboy to Hunter.
Brought my Pathfinder to Motor works for 100,000 mile recommended transmission service, with the service I was told that I needed to update software. Less that 10 miles of city driving car overheats and stalls. Had car towed back to motor works, technician opened hood and I told me that the transmission had failed and that I should take it to a transmission shop.
