They were able to get my Audi in very quickly for proper diagnosis and had the proper repairs done in less than two days. That was great! I was a little disappointed with the Low Price Match that they offer. I had a written bid from another shop that was rejected because it did not have enough detail about the quality of the parts. But my receipt did not have any detail about most of the parts that were sold to me. Great and fast service. They found a problem during an oil change and they accepted my after market warranty to fix the repair. I love the work they do and I have continued my repairs with them for many years. I would recommend them to anyone.
Staff is always friendly and professional. Thorough with the inspection of your vehicle and recommendations but don't push you into doing repairs. Great bunch of guys!! Highly recommend Motor Works of Sartell .
