i stopped there because I happened to break down in front of their shop, unfortunately for me! They sent out the "big gun", the manager to put me through what he calls the "show and tell" procedure! After talking to me like i was some kind of idiot, and putting me through a long litergy of potential repairs that I may need once he "gets into it"' I told him, no, I was not interestd in replacing all the parts he listed, just put the serpentine belt on which had come off and was causing the car to overheat. I brought my 2014 Chev Impala in with a "intermittent" headlight problem/they diagnosed / fixed/ and handed me my keys a short time later---WELL DONE!!!!
