I purchased a car on the 6th September and I love it. All staff are great, talkative and friendly. I was told to ring back anytime if I had any issues. I had to get my screenwash spray jets replaced on the car as they wasn't working and these guys ordered the new parts in and replaced them on another day within 20 minutes whilst I was was in the waiting room talking to a member of staff. I also got 6 months warranty for peace of mind with my car.Would highly consider for a great car buying experience.
Absolutely seamless experience with these guys, online purchase so never actually seen the car personally, but was more than happy with the dialogue, when I actually saw the car in person it was exactly how it was portrayed! Cannot fault the service of the Motor Wise team. They were honest and friendly throughout our transaction.
DON’T USE! UNTRUSTWORTHY WITH NO INTEGRITY! If I could put zero stars it would be zero. Once you get the car they stop all contact. My mam had so many faults with the car she bought off them. She rang, left messages and sent emails for weeks with no response. I don’t know why they have a phone as they never answer it. I started leaving messages on their Facebook page (to which I’m now blocked) and found out unfortunately that we are one of many, others have had the same issue and are having to seek legal advise due to their ... read more
