Service writer told me I needed almost $1200 worth of unnecessary work, I went in for an oil change. I showed my son the invoice and he was furious. He said I was taken advantage of because I am in my 70"s. My car.is pristine,purchased new from Motorwerks in 2021 Honda CR-V EXL. To supplement my income I work two part-time jobs, so this rip-off cost me two months salary. I will no longer go to Motorwerks for service and recommend that you think twice before you go there, especially if you are older.
